Jellyfish

Jellyfish are truly mesmerizing to watch! At the Oklahoma aquarium, there is a large tank full of these gorgeous orange jellyfish (called Sea Nettles) against a purple, glowing tank. Their long tentacles seem to dance in slow-motion in the tank; jellyfish swirl around each other & I wonder if their tentacles ever tangle! The jellyfish bell (half-moon “head”) is transparent & lined with muscles that can be contracted & relaxed to propel itself through the water. I could stare at them for hours!
